Our ribeye steaks are 1" thick and are one of our favorites! They have the most marbling so are full of flavor. We like marinating them in Worcestershire sauce and salt & pepper, sometimes adding lime juice, garlic and a dash of olive oil. We also season them with McCormicks steak seasoning right before grilling.
