Sirloin steak is often overlooked, but it is actually one of our favorite cuts! We use sirloin for fajitas, philly steak sandwiches, beef stir fry, steak nachos, steak salads and steak alfredo, just to name a few. You can also just throw some sirloins on the grill - we like to marinate them in Allegro marinade or Worcestershire sauce with salt & pepper and McCormick Montreal Steak Seasoning. If you like blue cheese, top the steaks with some blue cheese crumbles right after they are finished grilling!

I treated myself with a real Nebraska meal, lightly seasoning Tjaden Ranch Beef Sirloin Tip Steak bites with Jim Baldridge's Secret Seasoning then sauteing in a garlic butter sauce with a side of Bruce Young Farms sweet corn! Western Nebraska feeds well!
So I left some Sirloins out last night for us to have for dinner tonight, I love grilling and have multiple steak rubs and seasonings I use religiously. Tonight I decided to just lightly salt and pepper the steaks cause I just wanted to try the flavor of your guys beef. It definitely exceeded my expectations!!!
