Steaks are individually packaged and 1" thick. 


Sirloin steak is often overlooked, but it is actually one of our favorite cuts! We use sirloin for fajitas, philly steak sandwiches, beef stir fry, steak nachos, steak salads and steak alfredo, just to name a few. You can also just throw some sirloins on the grill - we like to marinate them in Allegro marinade or Worcestershire sauce with salt & pepper and McCormick Montreal Steak Seasoning. If you like blue cheese, top the steaks with some blue cheese crumbles right after they are finished grilling!
