"We recently received our first 1/4 from the Tjaden family. I have bought beef from several ranches and I can say this is definitely the best. First thing I made was ground beef and the flavor is amazing. Steaks are so flavorful and tender with the perfect amount of marbling. Beef is a true superfood, so I feed a lot to my family. I am glad I found such high quality beef while supporting a local ranch. Tjadens made the entire process simple. Their processor was also great, they did everything perfect and all products are vacuum sealed. We will be ordering again!
