Mississippi Pot Roast Recipe Tjaden Ranch Beef
Mississippi Pot Roast


Ingredients:


1 lb. Tjaden Ranch ground beef

3 T. dried minced onion

2 T. Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp. garlic powder

Salt & pepper

1 c. sour cream

1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz can)

8 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed

1/2 c. milk

1.5 c. shredded cheddar cheese

8 oz. box egg noodles


Instructions:


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9x13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. 

  2. Cook egg noodles pasta al dente. 

  3. In large stockpot, add uncooked ground beef, minced onion, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder. Season with salt and pepper. 

  4. Cook beef mixture on medium heat until beef is browned. Drain excess beef, if needed.

  5. Add to beef mixture, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, milk, and Velveeta cheese. Stir to combine and heat until cheese is melted. 

  6. Add drained pasta to beef mixture. Combine and pour into 9x13 pan. 

  7. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese/

  8. Cook for 15 minutes or until heated through. 

  9. Enjoy!
