How do I know when my beef will arrive?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the carrier and tracking number - please check the tracking status for delivery timeframe and updates.

Is the beef frozen when it arrives?

Yes, your beef typically arrives frozen. In some cases—especially during extreme temperatures—it may begin to thaw slightly around the edges. As long as it is still partially frozen, it remains safe and high quality for consumption. Please place your order in the freezer promptly upon arrival and keep it frozen until you are ready to thaw and prepare it for cooking.

Do I need to be home for delivery?

No - If you are not home at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave your package at your doorstep. Please be sure to place your beef in the freezer promptly when you arrive home to ensure freshness and quality.

What do I do if the beef has thawed slightly?

As long as it is still partially frozen and still cold, it remains safe and high quality for consumption. Please place your order in the freezer promptly upon arrival and keep it frozen until you are ready to thaw and prepare it for cooking.
