The above pricing for customized orders is based off of hanging weight and includes all standard processing fees.  It also includes pick up and FREE DELIVERY to various locations throughout NE & CO. Please contact us to see whether delivery fees are applicable in your area.


Since the above orders are cut to the customer’s specification, it will take about four weeks for an order to be ready after it is taken to the processing company. Once we receive an order for a 1/4, 1/2 or whole beef, we schedule it with SteakMaster (a USDA inspected processing company) where it hangs for 3 weeks to age. The beef is then cut to the customer’s specification using the cut sheet that each customer will complete (Tjaden Ranch recommends having your steaks cut 1” thick), and then vacuum-sealed to preserve freshness. Once the order is processed and ready for delivery, we will pick it up and deliver it directly to the customer.

The beef bundles are prepackaged and cut per Tjaden Ranch’s specifications, which we always request that the Ribeye, T-Bone and Sirloin steaks are 1” thick. Typically, the Beef Bundles are available and ready to be delivered at the time of order.
