Why Buy Beef in Bulk?
Buying beef in bulk is one of the smartest ways to:
-
Lock in premium quality beef
-
Fill your freezer with a variety of beef cuts
-
Save money compared to retail beef pricing
-
Support local ranchers
When you buy a 1/4 beef, 1/2 beef, or whole beef, you receive a customized, balanced selection of steaks, roasts, and ground beef — all processed and packaged for your freezer.
Bulk beef is sold based on hanging weight, and final cost will vary depending on size and custom processing selections.

Bulk Beef Pickup & Delivery Information
Bulk beef (1/4, 1/2, and whole beef) is available for home delivery (certain areas), designated pickup locations (in Nebraska and Colorado), or pickup directly from Tjaden Ranch.

Here’s how it works:
📍 Ranch Pickup – Pick up directly at Tjaden Ranch at your scheduled time.
🚛 Home Delivery – We offer scheduled home delivery in select areas.

Grass Raised, Grain Finished the Right Way
Our beef is pasture-raised and grain-finished using grain grown on our farm — not mass-produced feedlot rations. This gives you:

The benefits of grass fed beef systems
-
The flavor and tenderness of grain-finished beef
-
Full transparency from ranch to freezer
