Recently receive 1/2 order. Great flavor from steaks to hamburger. The Tjadens made ordering and delivering easy and precise.

Should have done this years ago and total 1/2 came in at $4.96 per pound! Can't buy ground beef in grocery store for that price let alone 1 lb t-bone steaks.

Will order again.

My husband and I have ordered a 1/2 beef once and a whole beef twice now. The quality of the beef is excellent and the packaging is appreciated.

We won a charity auction 1/2 beef from a different ranch and the quality just was not there. My husband smokes meat and the briskets he makes with Tjaden Ranch's beef rivals Franklin's BBQ in TX. Prime brisket from Sam's Club doesn't come close.

Just a warning once you eat this beef you will completely want to avoid store bought. There is no going back.

Just received my first whole beef order, and let me just say INCREDIBLE! I have had fresh beef from a small farm previously but the difference was instantly noticeable.

This beef tastes exquisite and is superior to any beef I have ever purchased for home cooking. So much flavor and marbling in almost every cut.

Nicole was a pleasure to speak with and was very responsive with all of my many questions. Such a wonderful experience and will definitely be ordering our beef from Tjaden Ranch from here on out. Also amazing that they were able to deliver to Lincoln.

It has been over a month since we received our beef order, so I can now let you know how it is going. After all the different cuts of beef that we have consumed, we find the beef to be extremely tender and flavorful.

We just ordered our 4th time for April delivery. Another 1/2 beef. We love going to TX in the winter but man, do we miss that Tjaden Ranch Beef. Brought along a bunch but almost out. 

We recently received our first 1/4 from the Tjaden family. I have bought beef from several ranches and I can say this is definitely the best. First thing I made was ground beef and the flavor is amazing. Steaks are so flavorful and tender with the perfect amount of marbling. Beef is a true superfood, so I feed a lot to my family. I am glad I found such high quality beef while supporting a local ranch. Tjadens made the entire process simple. Their processor was also great, they did everything perfect and all products are vacuum sealed. We will be ordering again!

Have been enjoying Tjaden Ranch beef for the last 3 years. I have never been disappointed with any cut or the hamburger. The 3-lb roasts are the perfect size for my wife and I. I like to rotisserie roasts on the grill with a rub or marinade. In the past, roasts have often been dry prepared that way but Tjaden Ranch roasts are always tender and flavorful. One of the biggest selling points to me is that when I write out the check, I know it is going straight back to the producer and will be spent in the community they live in. I'm not sure you get the same reinvestment in rural Nebraska buying meat at the grocery store.

We received a side of beef about two months ago and I can't even begin to explain how overly satisfied we are with our decision to go with Tjaden Ranch. Dealing with the Tjadens' is like dealing with your own family. The meat is absolutely amazing. We have been able to try every cut and all the meat melts in your mouth and tastes wonderful. We will definitely be using Tjaden Ranch for all of our beef from here on out. Thank You!

The beef is excellent!  Thanks for delivering it. We had some New York strips last weekend and they were very tender and flavorful.  Also tried a roast and it was great . Kids are loving the hamburgers.  We've been eating beef every day since we got it.

Another Tjaden Ranch magnificent performance! Had one of the Tjaden Ranch T-Bones last week and it was amazing.......then last night I made some burgers with the Tjaden Ranch Ground Sirloin and it may have been the best burger I have had in 64 years........wow

We've just received our second meat bundle and are so excited to have such amazing QUALITY beef again! We weren't sure at first how much difference it would make, but the flavor is so much better than anything we could buy at our grocery store. We've also received many complements from guests when we've shared meals with meat from Tjaden Ranch. Casey and Nicole are great to work with, and we'll continue to be repeat customers! So I left some Sirloins out last night for us to have for dinner tonight, I love grilling and have multiple steak rubs and seasonings I use religiously. Tonight I decided to just lightly salt and pepper the steaks cause I just wanted to try the flavor of your guys beef.  It definitely exceeded my expectations!!! I'd like to start this review with a bit of a confession. If given a choice between seafood and steak, I usually go for the seafood. I know, such words are blasphemous in this part of the country. It's not that I don't like beef, it's just that while I grew up here in Nebraska, at some point beef got to be so unremarkable, so mundane.

When my wife first suggested we stock up on some beef from Tjaden Ranch, I didn't have strong feelings one way or the other. The price seemed ...good. That's all I cared about. It's beef. Meh. We go through a lot of it, might as well have some on hand.

Now I'm almost 40, and I don't have epiphanies very often these days, let alone food epiphanies, if there is such a thing. However, I tried the Tjaden beef, and my friends, I indeed had a food epiphany. I think I've been eating mediocre beef my whole life. After cooking up a couple of steaks I remember thinking, "Oh this is what great beef is supposed to taste like." Now I get it. Everything from the rib eyes, to the roasts, to the ground beef. All wonderful.

My fellow denizens of Nebraska, we live in this great state and we shouldn't have to put up with mediocre beef. If you're not excited about beef, give these folks a try. You'll be glad you did."

I received my first order of Ribeyes and hamburger. I grilled a couple Ribeyes, they were juicy, tender and great flavor. The prices are very reasonable especially when you add in the fact that Nicole delivered my order to Sidney at no extra charge. From now on I will be getting my beef at Tjaden Ranch instead of the grocery stores.

Bought sirloin steaks today from the Sunday Holiday Harvest Farmers Market in Lincoln. Excellent quality and look forward to trying other cuts!

Got the pickup today. Made it home and thawed a couple of T-bones. Those are the best steaks I've ever had. I will definitely be coming back when we run out of this supply.I'm not even that great of a cook! Thank you so much.
